Recognition for outstanding work

In an effort to recognize the outstanding achievements, hard work and creativity of the employees of The Arc, there is a monthly award, Employee of the Month, presented by Executive Director Carol A. Beatty. At the Celebration of Excellence Annual Meeting and Awards, one of the dozen employees so honored is named Employee of the Year.
